Where is this food actually manufactured? Who owns the manufacturing company?
Does Newman’s have a low sodium dog food. I have a King Charles with congestive heart failure.
We are getting a new Chihuahua puppy . Do you have a kibble dry food for him? I want to make sure he gets fed correctly, right away. We get him next week Thursday-4-24-14, and so far, he has been fed Purina, which we don’t want because it has corn in it, and other crap.

My best bud Jax (a rescue APBT) came to me when he was 3. He had been fed Beneful & Alpo for years and had major tummy issues. I not only wanted him on a healthy brand but one that would solve the tummy problems. Tried numerous brands that did not solve the loose stool, then finally tried Newman’s Own. No more tummy issues, no more diarrhea/loose stool. Eating this brand, he’s maintained the ideal 50lbs, coat is shiny, he’s energetic, i.e. he’s healthy!
(Jax is 5yrs old and I feed him the Advanced formula because he is very active. He gets 1 cup in the morning and 2 in the evening)

Thanks for your reviews. Wondering why Newman’s didn’t get 5 star? Seems like it would, but I don’t read why it didn’t. SOrry is this is my error, but need to change my dogs food and I’m researching.
Newman’s Own is an excellent dog food. The main reason that it did not get 5 stars is because it contains the ingredient soybean meal. Soybean meal is not as good a protein source as an animal protein.
