Exceed  Ingredients

The ingredients in Exceed brand dog food are generally of low quality, including many filler ingredients. Vitamin K3 (also known as menadione) is included in Exceed dog food, which is controversial due to it being linked to health problems in dogs. Exceed dog food formulas do contain corn and wheat ingredients, as well as animal digest.

Exceed Allergies

There are several ingredients contained in Exceed brand dog food formulas that could potentially cause allergic reactions in some dogs. Both ground corn and corn gluten meal are difficult for dogs to digest, and may contribute to allergy symptoms. Wheat is another common allergen contained in Exceed dog food. Garlic oil, while not a common allergen, could potentially cause health problems, as high concentrations of garlic can be toxic to dogs.

Can someone PLEASE look at your bag of Exceed and tell me where it is made? I can’t find any info anywhere online that says where it is made? I do NOT want to feed my dog anything made in China. Thank you if you can answer.

This is pure BS. I have been feeding Exceed to my dogs for years and have no problems with it. My 9 yr. old Dalmatian loves it and my vet also feeds his 3 dogs Exceed Lamb and Rice. I thinks this is something cooked up by the Dog food industry to seel more of their brands.
