My Pomeranian, Tuffy, was a picky eater, but loved ZiwiPeak, so when a mother barn-cat (Girlee) adopted us, I knew I wanted the BEST nutrition for her, Punkin (her baby) and the ones she was carrying. I bought the dry venison and canned venison with fish. Girlee and Punkin LOVE ZiwiPeak. My roommate keeps buying commercial crap and when I put out the ZiwiPeak, they eat it up first!

With ZiwiPeak, they don’t consume as much as when they eat commercial food. I believe it’s because of the balanced and condense nutrients, which makes them feel full.

It is worth the expense to me knowing our pets get the best nutrition as organic as we can get it.

I wanted to love this. I tried the venison formula for weeks. One cat just refused to touch it. The other ate it readily but then puked it up within 20 minutes 90% of the time. I tried mixing it with warm water… everything.

I recently found ziwipeak for my cats and they love it (and so do I). I had been searching for a “raw” food for my cats since I got both. Although expensive and not readily available at my normal pet food store, I have switched them to ziwipeak. My pet food store will special order it for me and I can pick it up without a problem.

My big cat is fussy and picky but she took to ziwipeak with her first feeding. If my pet food store won’t order it for me, I will just order it direct from the website. It’s killing my wallet right now (I’m not working), but if they like and it’s good for them, it’s a done deal.

I have been buying ZiwiPeak wet (Venison/Fish) for my three Sphynx cats for about 3 years. Every once in a while I see a different consistency but overall my cats love it. I have heard but haven’t validated, that ZiwiPeak may be manufacturing in the U. S. now and not sure if that might be the issue??? I have tried to switch (for variety) but can’t seem to get them to like the other brands.

I, too, am concerned about the comments I read about fish and will research this to ensure I won’t run into a future health issue for my two boys.

Alex, if you have local health stores around you (not the chains) ask if they can order it for you. I got my cats food from a local health food store but she didn’t carry it, I asked the owner if she could order it for me, and now she stocks it.

My Cat loves the Ziwipeak canned food and I love the philosophy behind the ingredients. However, he did not like the dry food pouches at all. Sadly, there are not enough grain-free pet foods in the market and this is by far one of the best my cat has tried. Ingredients are clearly labelled so I don’t have to worry about the quality of the meat or if it has animal by products. Also, it is nice to know which organs are included so I know he is getting the right balance of nutrients. It is a shame you can’t find it in the pet stores around here (London). I think the price is reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. The mainstream brands cheap prices fills me with dread when I think about how they are able to price their pet food so low. Sadly, the pet stores don’t make enough money from selling them because most consumers want to buy cheap pet food.
