    You should talk to your mtoher first before buying her a dog. She may not be wanting a pet, or may not be ready to care for a pet.Dogs are expensive to care for, and are a lot of work. Buying a dog should be discussed as a family, not purchased as a surprise gift. As nice as the gesture is, your mtoher may not appreciate it as much as you think she may.If she is wanting a dog, what’s to say she is wanting that breed? I also think its best if a person picks out their dog, rather than being suprised . The person can interact with the pups and find one they like best.Try feeling your mom out and see what she even thinks of owning a dog see if you get positive results or not. If she is wanting a dog, then why not get her some puppy supplies along with an IOU a puppy coupon to take her to go pick one out somewhere.
